How do I know what shipping will cost me? Shipping is automatically calculated during your checkout through PayPal. The shipping amount depends on the amount of your total items combined. It is not calculated by the weight of the package or by the destination it is sent to. To get an idea of what your shipping charges will be on an order, please review the info below:
Attention!! For ALL International Orders!! Yes, we ship internationally! Please keep in mind that international packages may take longer to reach you depending on where they are being shipped to, Customs, and shipping policies of each country. Also, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. If this is so within your country, you, the customer, are responsible for any import duties and taxes applied. Can I send a check or money order for my items? Yes you can! We are now accepting orders by mail also. If you are interested in ordering, but are unable to order here online, don’t worry! Just send us an email about what you would like to order, and include your measurements, choice of fabrics (if applicable), and any additional information that we should know about before we make your item for you! Items ordered by check or money order will not be shipped until the money is received and cleared through the bank. Can I purchase a Gift Certificate? Yes! Black Cherry Clothing Gift Certificates are NOW available for purchase! Our Gift Certificates are purchased just like all of our other merchandise here on our site, through PayPal. It's quick, easy, and secure, and you don't even need a PayPal account! Gift Certificates start at $25.00 and go up to $1000.00. It just a few clicks away, and you're done! The purchaser even has the option to print the certificate themselves and deliver it to the recipent, or, just email it to the recipient! It's your call! Now, that's easy shopping! Our sizes for all of our Women’s custom clothing are approximate measurements. Please measure appropriately, and view our size chart to ensure the size you purchase is correct. Shoot us an email if you’ve got any questions about sizing before you order! We can do any size, because all orders are made according to the customer’s measurements! Any additional customization that may include altering the style of the item may be subject to additional charges, depending on the customer's requests. Please email us with any questions about further customizations! Once you order a custom item, we will also verify your order through an email, and request that you send us your measurements at that time! Need your item for a special event or date? There will be an additional $30. charge on any “rush” orders requested. If you need an item for a specific date or event, please email us once you’ve placed your online order, and we will submit the additional charge invoice. Please note: Rush orders will still require 4-7 days to be completed, not including shipping time. Thank you. Interested in selling our products in your store, boutique, or at a local show? We are currently not accepting wholesale orders. This may change during 2008. Our Policies… ♠ All items, besides our t-shirts, are made to order and can take up to 5-6 weeks for completion. Please understand, orders are processed in the order they are received. There are always orders coming in and going out, on a daily basis. Also, please understand that ALL of our custom items are hand made, by one person, and not some "industry professional" or someone in a sweat shop! The custom items take time, and, sometimes there are set-backs in the creation of an item. We are confident that once you receive your custom made item, you will be happy with the item, and it will fit you perfectly. So, please be patient! :) ***Attention*** Due to the high amount of orders we've received for this years Viva Las Vegas Rockabilly Weekender Event, our current turn-around time is atleast 6 weeks for ALL custom orders. ♠ We're sorry, but, NO refunds will be given for any items on our site. We do not accept exchanges on ANY custom items, only on T-shirts and Tank Tops pertaining to sizing issues. Please keep in mind that custom made items are made according to your measurements, and, we cannot resale the item! Black Cherry Clothing is NOT liable for orders placed by customers that have submitted an incorrect shipping address with their order. Please verify that you have submitted the correct shipping address when placing your order. If an order has already been shipped and the customer realizes they submitted the wrong shipping address, it is the customer’s responsibility. Thank you! All items made in the USA.
